Koshaveda ("we", "us", or "our") may, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to technical errors, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, cancel orders placed by Users. Koshaveda's decision regarding the cancellation of an order shall be final, and we shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.

- Delivery Time: The expected delivery time as mentioned on our website may differ from the standard delivery timeframe. The minimum delivery time is 2 days, and the maximum delivery time is 15 days.

- Pricing and Product Information: While Koshaveda strives to provide accurate information regarding products, services, and pricing, typographical or other errors may occasionally occur. In cases where a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may, at our discretion, contact the User for further instructions or cancel the order and notify the User of such cancellation.

- Price Modification: Koshaveda reserves the right to modify the price of a product or service at any time without prior notice.

- Order Verification: Additional verification or information may be required before accepting certain orders. If any part of an order is canceled or additional information is needed, Koshaveda will contact the User. Should an order be canceled after a credit card charge, the amount will be reversed back to the User's account.

- Cancellation by Koshaveda: Koshaveda reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion without providing a reason, and the User agrees not to contest or dispute such a decision. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, product or service unavailability, inaccuracies or errors in pricing, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance team.

- Policy Modifications: Koshaveda reserves the right to modify, add, or remove portions of this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Koshaveda’s liability exceed providing the User with a replacement product or an alternate product of the same value.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
